At first, I used this product as it was designed for: a comb and brush cleaner. Then my mind started wandering...hmm can I use this product to clean my make up brushes? Let's find out! So one day I tried it and it worked wonders! Really! Then I decided to clean my eyelash curler and yes it works great for that too! It also gets rid of any gunk on your hot hair tools.
Sally's sells a box for $6.99 usd and for $5.99 if you have a Sally card. One 2 lb box cleans over 10,000 brushes and combs. So its worth the price since it does not only double but triple duty cleaning on all of your beauty items.

If I had any gripes about this product I would say it does not disinfect it only sanitizes. So for personal use I don't think it would be a problem. However, if you are in the beauty industry doing make up on people then you would need something that disinfects. It's a personal choice really.
